The CSM (Client Success Manager) role within COGNETIK is essential for client success, team satisfaction and growth.
The CSM provides client leadership, strategic solutions, internal team leadership, and operational guidance.
The CSM is responsible for the quality and value provided to the client and the health of the account.
Subject Matter Expert:
Experience in the digital analytics space
Manage the client relationship and collect requirements
Collaborate with the lead analyst and lead engineer to create detailed solutions
Provide an expert POV on the appropriate tools that will meet the client needs
Review and approve deliverables internally
Able to build relationships with various client stakeholders
Ability to lead the client in asking the right business questions and evangelize data drive
Identify new client needs and expand the engagement
Build the account roadmap
Ensure the client satisfaction
Educate the client on the latest trends and technologies
Read and understand the signed SOW
Define the scope and clarify as needed
Review the WBS and project budget, or create one if needed
Create the project and resource plans according to the SOW
Manage the engagement utilizing Cognetik various PM and Forecasting tools
Ensure that the project team understand the SOW and WBS clearly
Review and approve or reject the team time entry
Provide the client with status updates
